The quality of the squad is there to be seen. However, the balance is broken without the management of someone like Mourinho. There's no point in getting any other top players out there if the current manager fails to hold the current squad together and focus more on the psychology of the team. Where's the heck the so-called 'beautiful football' ah?? I dont see even a single word and mentioning of 'beautiful football' anymore then previously lauded during the departure of our beloved Jose. Now that we have to return back both the Carling and FA cups to the organizing committee, makes me wonder...what is left to fill the wardrobe if even those two we cant managed to keep. He is just starting but Avram shows that he is capable to bring Chealsea to the right path. I can see that Chealsea starting to play very nice attacking football. We must continue our support Avram.
If we can buy Messi, I believe this can make a huge diffrence. He is very skillfull, have very good posession / attacking capability and can score goal. He can play and let Joe cole as a subtitute if Messi injured.

As a West Brom fan I dont think that the leaving of Mourinho should affect Chelsea FC too badly. I am a Newcastle upon tyne exile living in Reading and on Monday 20th August I met one of the nicest gentlemen of the game who used to play for Newcastle united in 1946/47 who then went on to play for CHELSEA in 1948,
ROY BENTLEY had 46 appearances for N.U.F.C and scored 22 goals then playing for chelsea he scored a few vital goals in 1950 F.A cup run.
